Providing false information in connection with your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Deposits:

ug 777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug 777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ug 777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Either you or ug 777 may terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, subject to the following:

• Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Termination by ug 777: ug 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
